Refund policy


We attach a customer information sheet to our jewelry, in which we describe the information that is necessary to keep the product in its original condition for as long as possible.

You can use the warranty within 1 year from the date of purchase; whatever happens to the jewelry, send it back and I'll fix it, or we'll find another solution to the problem. First of all, please let us know by email. Attention: If you clearly did not use/store the jewelry according to the description attached to the purchase and the fault is caused by this, the warranty becomes void in this case.

Money back guarantee (right of withdrawal): If you still don't find the jewelry you ordered live, or you changed your mind in the meantime and would rather get the price back, you can use the money-back guarantee. To do this, you must return the product to us in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn, together with the invoice, within 14 days of the order, and we will refund you the full price as well as the shipping costs incurred at the time of ordering. Attention: You are responsible for the costs of returning the jewelry.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you feel that the ordered jewelry was not the best choice and you would prefer another one instead, it is also possible to exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me and we will exchange it for anything worth the amount of your previous order. Attention: we only exchange unworn, undamaged, original jewelry, preferably returned in its original packaging! Attention: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the replacement and resending.
